RIVERSIDE, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton women's golf finished the Battle at the Rock Tuesday at the Oak Quarry Golf Course in 13th place at 60-over par 924.
Fellow Big West competitor UC Davis took first place in the tournament with a 10-over par 874.
Elsa Lundquist held onto the top spot individually for the Titans, finishing the tournament tied 28th with a 9-over par 225. Lundquist finished the third and final round strong with her best score of the tournament even at par 72 to move up from 41st place.
Freshman Courtney Sharkey competed as an individual but finished second out of all Titans with a 13-over par 229 to earn a 41st place finish.
Much like Lundquist, Britney Sok concluded the tournament with her best round of the day, shooting a 3-over par 75 to finish the tournament tied for 46th at 15-over par 231.
Pauline Welker and Felicia Medalla placed tied for 56th at 18-over par 256. Both Welker and Medalla finished the third round with a 8-over par 80. Lou Daniella Uy finished 75th with a 25-over par 241.
The Titans look to bounce back Mon. March 5 when they head to Central California for the Fresno State Classic at the Cooper River Country Club.
