The Titans trailed by three in the early parts of the period before exploding for a 16-3 run featuring a barrage of four three-pointers to build a 10-point advantage at 18-8 with 9:42 remaining.
After trading baskets over the course of the next five minutes, senior India McDaniel's three-pointer gave the Titans their largest lead of the half en route to their 10-point advantage at the break.
A 9-1 run to open the second half by the Aggies brought them to within two points with 15:48 remaining and they rallied to tie the game at 32-32 a minute and a half later.
With the score tied at 37, the Titans used a 10-5 run to go up by five and Fullerton hit 6-of-8 from the free throw line in the final two minutes to seal the win.
