Mark Anguiano and Scott Rubzin both shot par 144 over the first 36 holes of the Kansas Men's Invitational Golf Tournament Monday and they led the Titans to a share of second place.
The Titans totaled 584 strokes, tying Missouri State and trailing leader Louisiana-Lafayette with 581. Fullerton led after the first 18 holes with a score of 1-under 287.
Rubzin shot 70-74 while Anguiano came in 71-73, each tying for fourth place among individuals. Trailing are teammates Ryan Tetrault (73-75--148), Corey Gard (73-76 -- 149) and Dakota Duerr (78-75 -- 153). John San Juan is competing as an individual and he scored 146.
David Smith of South Dakota State shot 4-under 140 to lead all golfers.
The final 18 holes will be played Tuesday.
