MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – After two rounds of the NCAA regional Tuesday afternoon at the TPC of Myrtle Beach, Cal State Fullerton is tied for 10th place with a score of 14 over-par 590.
Jack Dyer had a big day for the Titans. He shot a 1-under par 71, leaving him tied for 20th with a score of 1-over par 145 after two rounds. Dyer moved all the way up from 36th place in the second after improving on his round one score by three strokes.
Derek Castillo followed up his opening round of 72 with a 2-over par 74. He is tied for 26th place with a total score of 20-over par 146 heading into the third and final round Wednesday.
Matt Wilson is tied for 41st, after shooting 3-over par 75 in round two. Dalton Daniel finished with a score of 13-over par 85 for round two, leaving him in 68th place. Michael Sharkey is tied for 69th place after posting a score of 6-over par 78 in round two.
Ohio State moved into the top of the leaderboard by 2 strokes over second place Wake Forest, shooting 11-under par 565 after the first two days. Edwin Yi of Oregon and Michael Feagles of Illinois are tied for the lead individually with scores of 8-under par 136.
Fullerton returns to action for the third and final round of the Myrtle Beach Regional Wednesday morning. Fans can follow the live stat on GolfStat.com.
