Player of the Week Honors for Brown

Irvine, CA - Bobby Brown was selected Big West Conference player of the week for the sixth time in his career today after a record-shattering 47-point performance in Saturday's win over Bethune-Cookman.

Brown broke the 47-year-old school record of 45 points by Jon Brettman against Luke Air Force Base on Dec. 12, 1960, as well as the school Div. I record of 38 points by Richard Morton on Jan. 7, 1988, vs. UC Irvine.

Brown made 11 of 13 3-point field goal attempts. Fullerton as a TEAM has made 11 or more in a game only 23 times with a high of 14. Overall, Brown made 17 of 20 shots.
