FRESHMAN (2012): In his rookie campaign, Aviles competed in six events for the Titans. He ran his career-best at the Titan Invitational on Oct. 19 with a time of 26:05 finishing in 40th place. Also participated in the Big West Championships with a time of 27:59.2 finishing in 55th place. 

VALENCIA HIGH SCHOOL
Ran three years of varsity cross country and track for the Tigers under head coach Pat Hadley... named the Empire League's Most Valuable Track Athlete as a senior in 2012... set personal bests of 15:23 in the 5K, a 4:22 in the 1600m, 9:39 in the 3200m, and 2:00 in the 800m as a senior.
